How do I book a professional?+
Search for the service you need, review verified professionals, and choose a time that works for you. Payment is only released after the job is completed to your satisfaction.
How does Lindakazi verify providers?+
Every provider submits a government-issued ID, proof of skills or licensing where applicable, and reference checks. Our team reviews each application before approval.
How do payments work?+
You pay through Lindakazi at the time of booking. We hold the payment securely and release it to the provider after the job is completed and confirmed.
What if the work isn't right?+
Report the issue in your dashboard within 24 hours of completion. Our Trust & Safety team will investigate and mediate a resolution.
How do I become a provider?+
Visit our provider page, submit your application with your documents, and our team will review it within 48 hours.
