• Use Lindakazi only for lawful purposes and in line with the community guidelines.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the platform.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

3. Provider standards

Providers agree to arrive on time, communicate clearly, complete work to a professional standard, and honour agreed pricing. Repeat violations may result in suspension.

4. Customer standards

Customers agree to describe jobs accurately, provide safe working conditions, and pay for completed work through the platform.

5. Reviews

Reviews must be truthful and based on a real booking. We may remove reviews that violate these terms.

6. Fees

Applicable service fees are shown clearly during checkout. We may update fees with prior notice through the platform.

7. Availability

We work hard to keep Lindakazi available, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these service terms. Continued use of Lindakazi after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
